The founder of this institute,Pandit Sukhdev Bihari Chobey(Toda Wale) is the person who initiated this institute.This institute is being run by Shrimati Vandana Chaturvedi,the secretary of this institute and her son Sir Saurabh Chaturvedi. Both the persons are highly qualified in classical music and are regular stage performers in cities like Delhi,Mumbai,Jammu,etc. Their area of interest is DHRUPAD.
